Ingredients for 4 Ingredient Apple Muffins
1 NOSHU Vanilla Velvet Cake Mix
1 400 gram Tin unsweetened Pie Apples
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 egg
Method
Firstly, pre Heat Oven to 160C and line a muffin pan with 12 muffin papers.
Into a large bowl add the Cake Mix, Pie Apples and one egg and mix until well combined.
Once the mixture is well mixed, add in 4 scoops of the Tasteless Protein.
Afterwards, spoon the mixture into the muffin papers and place into the pre heated oven for between 18 – 22 minutes, depending on your oven.
Remove from the oven when the mixture has risen and when the skewer inserted into the muffins comes out cleanly.
Place onto a cooling rack and enjoy the super-simple 4 Ingredient Apple Muffins!
