What is CPS Rewards?

CPS Rewards is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us! 💚

Earn points every time you make an eligible purchase, or by completing selected activities such as following us on social media or celebrating your birthday. You can then redeem your points for discounts, free products and other exciting rewards.

How do I join CPS Rewards?

Joining is completely free! Simply create a Cost Price Supplements account, then select Join & Agree to become a CPS Rewards member. Once you've joined, you can start earning points straight away.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?

There are plenty of ways to earn points! 🛍️

You'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding shipping), plus you can earn bonus points by completing activities listed in the Ways to Earn Points section of your Rewards account.

Do I need to be logged in to earn points?

No. If you make a purchase using the same email address linked to your Rewards account, your points will still be awarded.

We do recommend logging in before shopping so you can easily view your points balance, available rewards and account activity.

Do I earn points on shipping costs?

No. Points are calculated from the eligible value of the products in your order and do not include shipping charges.

Why haven't my points appeared yet?

Points are added once your order has been processed in line with our Rewards Program settings.

If your points haven't appeared after 14 days, please contact our friendly Customer Support team and we'll be happy to help.

Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy! 💚

Visit the Rewards section while logged into your account, browse the rewards available based on your points balance, then choose the reward you'd like to redeem.

Once redeemed, your reward can be applied to an eligible order during checkout.

Can I redeem multiple rewards in one order?

Yes! You can redeem and apply multiple eligible rewards in a single transaction, provided the rewards are compatible with each other.

Can I use my reward with another discount code?

Yes. You can combine your rewards with other discount codes.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

No. Points belong to the Rewards account they were earned on and cannot be transferred or shared with another account.

Why can't I use my Free Shipping reward?

Free Shipping rewards are valid for Standard Shipping within Australia only.

If you're shopping from outside Australia, you'll still be able to enjoy our other Rewards, including discounts, free products and Birthday Rewards.

I redeemed a Free Shipping reward but I'm outside Australia. Can I get my points back?

Of course! Simply contact our friendly Customer Support team and we'll be happy to assist with your reward.

Tiers

How do Reward Tiers work?

As you shop with us you'll progress through our Rewards Tiers based on your eligible spend.

Each tier unlocks additional perks and exclusive benefits, so the more you shop, the more you'll enjoy! 🎁

Your current tier and progress towards the next tier can be viewed anytime in your Rewards account.

Will redeeming points affect my Rewards Tier?

No. Your Rewards Tier is based on your eligible spend, not your available points balance. Redeeming points won't reduce your tier status.

Does my tier expire?

Yes. Rewards Tiers are based on eligible spend. If your spending no longer meets your current tier requirements when your tier is reviewed, your tier may change.

I'm in Champion Tier. How do I receive free shipping?

Champion Tier members receive complimentary Standard Shipping within Australia.

If you're eligible, your free shipping will automatically apply during checkout. There's no coupon required.

Orders & Refunds

What happens to my points if my order is refunded?

If your order is refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your Rewards account.

If the refunded purchase contributed towards your Rewards Tier, your tier progress may also be adjusted accordingly.

What happens if I used a reward on a refunded order?

If you've received a refund for an order where a reward was used, please allow some time for your Rewards account to update.

If your reward hasn't been reinstated or you have any questions, simply contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to assist.

Miscellaneous

I referred a friend but haven't received my reward.

Referral rewards are issued once your referred friend completes their qualifying purchase using the email address you referred.

If you've met these requirements and your reward hasn't arrived after your friend's order has been processed, please get in touch with our Customer Support team.

Can I unsubscribe from Rewards emails?

Yes. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any Rewards email, or by contacting our Customer Support team.

How do Birthday Rewards work?

Add your birthday to your Rewards account from the Ways to Earn Points section before your birthday to unlock your annual Birthday Reward.

Your Birthday Reward will become available once you're eligible.

Do my Rewards Points expire?

No, your Rewards points do not expire.
