Ingredients

1 cup of So Good Vanilla Almond Milk
2 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
½ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
1 teaspoon Blue Spirulina by Pure Botany Purveyor
1 banana
125 grams frozen dragon fruit pieces

Method

1. First, you need a tall slender glass to get the full visual effect. It helps if the glass is chilled first.

2. In your blender cup, combine almond milk, vanilla yoghurt, Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein, sugar-free maple syrup, and a teaspoon of blue spirulina from Pure Botany Purveyor.

4. Pour the mixture into your glass until it’s about half full, then refrigerate to chill.
