Ingredients
100ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 scoop Tasteless Probiotics by Feel Good Protein
1 cup ice
Method
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Spoon the blueberry protein fluff into a bowl. Top with any additional topping like extra fruit or nuts and enjoy!
Please note that this recipe will be less fluffy if done in a blender.
