  • This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

    I have tried many different Multivitamins but find these are by far the best value for money. They're Specially formulated for required nutrition for weight loss - these capsules are easy to swallow and (in my opinion) easier to take than the chewable tablets.
