BN Caps Ultra (One A Day) Multivitamin is a calcium-free solution. To support your daily calcium needs, you can opt for one of BN Healthy’s supplementary calcium options such as BN Calcium & Vitamin D 90 Chewable Tablets or BN Chocolate Calcium & Vitamin D 30 Balls.

Take ONE capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements for adults should not be exceeded.

  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Love this One a day vitamins. I get a bit of brain fog so having the days of the week on the capsules helps me remember that have or have not taken my tablets that day. I also prefer these over the chewable tabs. The have a bit of a smell like most vitamins but nothing major.
