BN Caps Ultra (One A Day) Multivitamin is a calcium-free solution. To support your daily calcium needs, you can opt for one of BN Healthy’s supplementary calcium options such as BN Calcium & Vitamin D 90 Chewable Tablets or BN Chocolate Calcium & Vitamin D 30 Balls.
Directions:
Take ONE capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

- This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements for adults should not be exceeded.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Wish there were bigger packs available
I have been taking the one a day multivitamin caps for 5 months now following my bariatric surgery and will be taking them for the rest of my life. I like that they are literally only 1 tablet a day. I gave it 4 stars as a couple of times I have had some smelly reflux from them. Aside from that, no other issues at all and would definitely recommend them as a supplement to a healthy diet.
Thank you for a great product, I can’t have the multivitamin chews as they have preservative in them but I can have these, which is great. Fast delivery too.
