    This is definitely a meal replacement shake. All flavours are good although heavy on the chocolate biscuit flavour would like to see a better distribution

    It is a meal replacement shake and this is exactly what it is , feel full after consumption and sees me through to the evening meal. I am having meal replacement shake for lunch. Quick and easy.

    Simply the best!

    This is the best product! Easy to make and even easier to drink. After having surgery it's been hard to stomach things but I have had no problem with these shakes.
