High-Protein Baked Vanilla Custard - Recipe Header

This High-Protein Baked Vanilla Custard is rich, creamy and unbelievably easy to make. The perfect way to boost your protein while still enjoying a deliciously sweet dessert or snack. Smooth, comforting and satisfying!

Ingredients

3 eggs
240ml light cream
3 scoops Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
30g allulose
3 tsp vanilla extract
3 strawberries
9 raspberries
1 scoop Tasteless Probiotics by Feel Good Protein
3 tbsp creme fraiche

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced).
  2. In a bowl, crack and then whisk eggs until smooth.
  3. Add light cream, Tasteless Protein, allulose and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture evenly into four ramekins.
  5. Place ramekins into a baking dish and fill with water until halfway up the sides.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until just set with a slight wobble in the centre.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  8. Add the creme fraiche into a bowl and mix in a scoop of Tasteless Probiotics.
  9. Cut the strawberries and raspberries into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Top each portion with a spoon of creme fraiche and the berry mixture and serve. Enjoy your Baked Vanilla Custard.
