This High-Protein Baked Vanilla Custard is rich, creamy and unbelievably easy to make. The perfect way to boost your protein while still enjoying a deliciously sweet dessert or snack. Smooth, comforting and satisfying!
Ingredients
3 eggs
240ml light cream
3 scoops Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
30g allulose
3 tsp vanilla extract
3 strawberries
9 raspberries
1 scoop Tasteless Probiotics by Feel Good Protein
3 tbsp creme fraiche
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced).
- In a bowl, crack and then whisk eggs until smooth.
- Add light cream, Tasteless Protein, allulose and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture evenly into four ramekins.
- Place ramekins into a baking dish and fill with water until halfway up the sides.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until just set with a slight wobble in the centre.
- Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Add the creme fraiche into a bowl and mix in a scoop of Tasteless Probiotics.
- Cut the strawberries and raspberries into bite-sized pieces.
- Top each portion with a spoon of creme fraiche and the berry mixture and serve. Enjoy your Baked Vanilla Custard.
