Ingredients
11 White Cap Mushrooms
½ cup Almond Meal
3 Scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1/3 cup High Protein Cottage Cheese
1 tablespoon Mingle Greek Garlic Lovers Seasoning
50 grams Pancetta
1 Tbsp Apple Sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan & Pecorino mixed
Method
Pre heat air fryer to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Peel Mushrooms and remove stalk. Place Peeled Mushrooms onto an air fryer tray.
Add Almond Meal, High Protein Cottage cheese, Tasteless Protein, Mingle Greek Garlic Lovers Seasoning, Pancetta and Apple Sauce to a bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
Scoop dessert spoons of the mixture onto the top of the mushrooms and flatten carefully. Top with Parmesan and Pecorino.
Cook in air fryer on 200 for 14 minutes or until the mushrooms are softened to your liking and the cheese is a beautiful golden colour.
Serve with a side salad and enjoy!
