Simply combine creamy oats with Feel Good Protein Water in Tropical flavour and let it soak overnight. The result? A satisfying and energising meal that will fuel your day.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
2 scoops Feel Good Protein Water – Tropical
1/2 cup light coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup diced pineapple 
1/4 cup diced mango 
1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
1 tsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce (optional)

Method

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, light coconut cream, Feel Good Protein Water in Tropical and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add in a sweetener to your taste preference. Honey or maple syrup will work well.
  3. Set in the fridge overnight.
  4. Once set, stir the overnight oats and add pineapple and mango.
  5. Top with shredded coconut and sugar-free caramel sauce. Enjoy!
