Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 scoops Feel Good Protein Water – Tropical
1/2 cup light coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/4 cup diced mango
1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
1 tsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce (optional)
Method
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, light coconut cream, Feel Good Protein Water in Tropical and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
- Add in a sweetener to your taste preference. Honey or maple syrup will work well.
- Set in the fridge overnight.
- Once set, stir the overnight oats and add pineapple and mango.
- Top with shredded coconut and sugar-free caramel sauce. Enjoy!
