The Calcium Chews are very flavourful and pleasant to eat.
My dietician recommended that I have 1000mg of Calcium per day, but I found the tablet form very large and hard to swallow. I then changed to the Calcium Chews by Cost Price Supplements, and I have found them to be very flavourful and pleasant to eat. I have two a day so buy different flavours, and are currently enjoying the caramel biscuit and the raspberry ones. It’s like having a sweet treat to look forward to every day!
