I have been using these for my nearly 5 year old with feeding issues. They have helped me supplement iron easily to things like jelly without him noticing texture. I only add half the sachet if into drinks or food otherwise sometimes notices and refuses but mostly is happy to add iron and the kids tasteless protein into food. He is very selective about what he eats, have tried a few different brands and this is first one that doesn’t taste or have funky texture.

I really love this protein water. I mix it into diet cordial and I can’t taste it. My favourites are the tropical and passionfruit.

This is a versatile protein that I keep around at home and work for those times when I need protein but am not up for meat or whey. I use this in veggie soups to add protein, and in green tea for an afternoon protein top up. It’s good in lower protein yoghurts and custards too. Disolves well, In green tea I detect a slight taste but not in any other foods.
