Ingredients

1/3 cup Traditional Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Sugar-free Maple Syrup
½ small Banana
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 scoop Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 egg
20g Lindt chocolate or Noshu Chocolate chips (use whatever you prefer)

Topping
1 Raspberry
Yoghurt

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.

2. In a blender or blender cup, add all the ingredients except the chocolate/chocolate chips.

3. Blend until everything is perfectly combined.

4. Pour the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish or ramekin.

5. Break up a small amount of chocolate or use Noshu Choc Chips and place some on top of your mixture.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 – 18 minutes, or until the top is golden and the oats are set but still slightly jiggly.

7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

8. Enjoy your delicious Single Serve Protein Baked Oats on their own or topped with your favourite fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of yoghurt and sugar-free maple for an extra touch of deliciousness.
