Directions for use

For each scoop (1), add to 300ml of water or milk and mix or shake for 15 to 30 seconds. On training days, take post workout. On non-training days, take 1–2 times per day between meals.

    Whey Protein

    I received my Whey Protein powder very quickly through the mail, as always. I ordered the vanilla icecream and oh my goodness, it tastes amazing, just like a thick vanilla milkshake. I really love the Whey Protein because it’s low in calories and high in protein and is a great way to reach your protein goal when you can’t get the food in.
