Directions of Use:
For each single serve sachet (1), add to 300ml of water or milk and mix or shake for 15 to 30 seconds.
On training days, take post-workout for optimal results. On non-training days, take 1 – 2 times a day between meals.

I have only made my way through 3 of the sample packs so far (choc chip cookie, choc milk & choc mint) so nice! They’re not heavy feeling in my tummy and so so tasty! Can’t wait to try the last 3.
