Ingredients
250 grams dried apricots
60 ml Apricot Nectar
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 Scoops Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein
4 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Method
1. Put the apricots and the apricot nectar into the food processor. Process them together until the apricots are chopped up quite small.
2. Add the Almond Flour, Rolled Oats, desiccated coconut, Tasteless Fibre, Tasteless Whey, Chia Seeds, and Vanilla Essence into the food processor.
3. Process all ingredients until the mixture starts to come together.
4. Roll into bite-sized protein balls and enjoy!
