    Tasteless fibre

    Lives up to its name. Have it on my cereal for breakfast. Dissolves easily into milk and yoghurt. Also add it to my proteins water.

    Added it to some muffins and cookies which I made.

    Feel like my little treats are so much healthier with the addition of the tasteless fibre
