1. Espresso Machine Method
For when you want that rich, bold hit of flavour in one perfect shot!
You’ll Need:
- Espresso Machine
- Grinder
- Tamper
- Coffee Beans by Feel Good Coffee

To maximise flavour, we recommend using: Caramel Fudge and Double Choc Brownie beans for this method to amplify the delicious cocoa notes, sweetness, and rich body in each double shot!
Method
- Grind 21g of coffee beans to a fine (salt-like) texture.
- Fill the portafilter and level it off.
- Tamp down firmly and evenly, no wobbles allowed!
- Lock it into your machine and pull a double shot for a smooth and balanced brew.
- Enjoy as a cappuccino, over ice, or as your favourite coffee order at home!
☕Tips & Tricks: A grind that's too fine can mean a more bitter extraction, so if that happens, just increase the coarseness slightly until it's just right!
2. French Press Method
The OG brew method for coffee lovers who like it bold and full bodied!
You’ll Need:
- French Press
- Grinder
- Coffee Beans by Feel Good Coffee

To maximise flavour, we recommend using: House Blend and Hazelnut beans for this method to enhance nutty aromas, malt richness and dark chocolate undertones!
Method
- Grind 20-21g of coffee beans to a coarse, rock-salt texture.
- Add your grounds to the French Press and pour over 300ml boiling water.
- Give it a gentle stir and pop the lid on to steep for 4 minutes.
- Slowly press the plunger down.
- Pour and enjoy with your milk of choice!
☕Tips & Tricks: If you love a stronger cuppa in the morning, try adjusting your coffee weight by 5-10% until you find your sweet spot!
3. Drip Filter Method
Perfect to set and forget! Let your machine do the hard work while you enjoy your morning.
You’ll Need:
- Drip Filter Machine
- Grinder
- Coffee Beans by Feel Good Coffee

To maximise flavour, we recommend using: Shortbread and Hazelnut beans for this method to draw out the delicate buttery biscuit notes and toasted nut aromas in each brew!
Method
- Grind 60g coffee beans to a medium, table-salt consistency.
- Fill the Drip Filter's reservoir with 1L of fresh water.
- Add a filter paper and your grounds to the machine's basket and level until even.
- Hit brew and let the machine work its magic!
- Pour yourself a cup and enjoy it black; it's a lighter, brighter cup than espresso!
☕Tips & Tricks: For the best brew, give your wet grounds a stir after 30 seconds to make sure the water has soaked in evenly!
4. AeroPress Method
Ready for a coffee wherever you are? This brew method is quick, easy and travel friendly, perfect for coffee lovers on the go!
You’ll Need:
- AeroPress
- Grinder
- Paper Filters
- Coffee Beans by Feel Good Coffee

To maximise flavour, we recommend using: Gingerbread and Caramel Fudge beans for this method to bring out the delicious warm spice complexity and notes of caramel sweetness!
Method
- Grind 15g beans to a fine to medium consistency, slightly finer than table salt.
- Pop a paper filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse with hot water to prepare.
- Assemble your AeroPress with the chamber at the top and plunger at the bottom.
- Add your grounds to the AeroPress chamber and pour over 220g hot water.
- Stir gently and let it filter through the coffee for around 1 minute, or until the grounds are soaked.
- Secure your filter cap and flip the AeroPress onto your mug.
- Let brew for 2 minutes, then slowly press down (roughly 30 seconds) until you hear a hiss.
☕Tips & Tricks: Struggle to press your coffee down? This is a sign your grind was too fine! Adjust to be slightly coarser until you find the sweet spot!
5. Cold Brew (Concentrate) Method
The ultimate extraction of flavour and texture for a smooth, refreshing coffee hit any time of day.
You’ll Need:
- 1L Container
- Grinder
- Cheese Cloth
- Coffee Beans by Feel Good Coffee

To maximise flavour, we recommend using: Double Choc Brownie and House Blend beans for this method to bring out the notes of cocoa and malt sweetness while reducing acidity!
Method
- Grind 100g beans to a coarse, rock-salt-like consistency.
- Combine your grounds with 600ml cold water in your container, using a ratio of roughly 1 part coffee to 6 parts water. Make sure all grounds are saturated.
- Pop the lid on and pop it in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
- Strain the concentrate through cheesecloth into a new jar to remove the grounds.
- Before serving, dilute at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 4 parts liquid (water, milk, cream, etc.).
☕Tips & Tricks: Cold brew concentrate keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks, perfect for meal prepping your caffeine fix. For a ready-to-drink, diluted recipe, adjust the coffee-to-water ratio to 1:12 instead!
