Indulge in a warm and comforting treat with our Chocolate Baked Protein Oats recipe. Rich in protein and fibre, this hearty dish combines the rich chocolate flavour with wholesome goodness of oats, perfect for breakfast in the morning to fuel your day.

Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Unsweetened Coco Powder
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 Egg
¼ cup Apple Juice
½ cup Almond milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup

*Optional Choc Chips to top your protein oats (but are they really optional)

Method

First thing, preheat Oven to 170C.

Move onto the blender or blender cup or food processor, then add all of the ingredients listed.

Once everything is added to the blender, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Spray a small brownie pan with olive oil or similar and pour mixture into pan.

Cook your Choc Baked Protein Oats for about 25 minutes or until they are firm on top – we prefer the oats to be this way, however, you can cook them for less time and they are great too!

Remove from oven and enjoy straight away the Chocolate Baked Protein Oats. We like to serve it with yoghurt!
