These Meatballs & Zucchini Noodles are your go-to for a low-carb, high-protein, gluten-free meal that doesn’t compromise on flavour. Think juicy, protein-packed meatballs, tender zucchini noodles, and a rich, comforting napolitana sauce. Perfect for busy weekdays, this recipe makes four nourishing portions, ideal for grab-and-go lunches or easy dinners!

Ingredients

250g zucchini noodles
250g napolitana sauce
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
250g lean beef or chicken mince
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
¼ tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup grated cheese
2 tbsp parmesan
1 tsp black sesame oil
Fresh basil to garnish

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced).
  2. In a small bowl, stir 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein into the napolitana sauce until fully dissolved. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mince, remaining 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein, dried herbs, paprika, garlic powder, parmesan, and black sesame oil. Mix well with clean hands or a fork until evenly combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Roll the mixture into small meatballs (around 16 total) and cook in the pan until browned and cooked through, turning gently as needed.
  5. Divide the zucchini noodles evenly between your meal prep containers. Top with meatballs, then spoon over the napolitana sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Place containers in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Top with fresh basil, allow to cool slightly, then seal and store in the fridge.
