Layered with a crunchy Weet-Bix base, a creamy pistachio yoghurt filling, and a decadent pistachio and chocolate drizzle, this easy make-ahead breakfast is perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
- 1 scoop Tasteless Probiotics + Prebiotics by Feel Good Protein
- 90ml vanilla almond milk
- 1 gluten free Weet Bix
- 150g Protein Yoghurt by YoPRO (Vanilla)
- 30g pistachio spread
- 10g Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips by Noshu
Method
- Crush the Weet-Bix into a single-serve container and spread it evenly over the base.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 50ml almond milk and tasteless probiotics + prebiotics until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Pour the milk mixture over the Weet-Bix, ensuring it is evenly soaked and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt and 20g pistachio spread. Add the whey protein powder and stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the soaked Weet-Bix base and spread into an even layer.
- Place the chocolate chips and remaining pistachio spread into two separate microwave-safe bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk to each bowl.
- Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
- Stir the pistachio spread and almond milk together until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle the pistachio mixture and melted chocolate evenly over the yoghurt layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
