Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients
- 3 scoops Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- 400g diced beef
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 125g mushrooms
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 200g canned tomato soup
- 125ml beef stock
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
- Dice the onion, celery, carrot and garlic, then set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Sear the beef in batches until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker. Add the diced vegetables, herbs, soup, and stock. Stir to combine.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours until the beef is tender.
- Before serving, add the protein powder and stir until fully dissolved.
