Halloween Hunt Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry")

2. Promotion Overview

The Halloween Icons Hunt (“Promotion”) is a limited‑time gamified event where customers can discover hidden Halloween‑themed icons across the Promoter’s website. Each icon reveals a unique coupon code offering discounts or rewards ranging from 15% to 100% off, free shipping, or free product gifts, subject to usage limits and exclusions.

3. Promotional Period

Start: 27 October 2026 at 9:00 am AEST

End: 29 October 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST

No coupons or rewards will be valid outside this period.

4. Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.

Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain parent or legal guardian approval before participating.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

5. How the Promotion Works

a. Halloween icons are hidden across selected pages on the Promoter’s website.

b. Each icon reveals a unique coupon code and message.

c. Customers may apply the coupon at checkout to redeem the associated reward.

d. Coupons can be manually entered at checkout or auto applied through pop up button ‘Apply Code’

e. Coupons cannot be recovered once usage limits are exhausted.

6. Coupon Codes, Discounts and Usage Limits

All coupons expire 29 October 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST unless usage limits are reached earlier.

50% and 100% discount coupons set to maximum discount value $300 off total order value.

6.1 Free Shipping Coupon

Free shipping applies to AUS standard shipping only, applied at checkout level and will not be visible at cart level.

6.2 Free Product Coupon

Free product is Tasteless Protein Collagen 500g by Feel Good Protein only. Does not include sample packs. Product will need to be added to cart first for coupon to discount the total value of product ($49.95). Applies to one Free Tasteless Protein Collagen 500g per order.


7. General Coupon Conditions

a. Exclusions apply to all coupons.

b. Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, offer, or promotion.

c. Coupons are valid for online purchases only.

d. Coupons must be applied before checkout is completed.

e. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to past orders unless otherwise permitted.

f. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

g. If a coupon reaches its usage limit, it becomes immediately invalid.

h. The Promoter is not responsible for customers failing to apply a coupon before checkout.

i. Percentage Discount caps (where applicable) apply per order, not per item.

8. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, the following exclusions apply:

*15-100% Discount excludes Boomers, Skinnybik Low Carb Biscuits, Quest Bars, Fibre Boost bars, OptiFast, Books, Plates, Bowls, Healthy Bar Packs, Noway Collagen Bars and Sample Packs.

Discount only applicable to full priced products and does not apply to express or international shipping.

The Promoter reserves the right to update exclusions at any time during the Promotional Period.

9. Order Limits & Fair Use

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • Limit quantities purchased using high‑value coupons.
  • Disable coupon codes if misuse is detected.

10. Technical Issues

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Website outages, loading issues, or icon visibility problems.
  • Coupon entry errors by the customer.
  • Browser/device incompatibility affecting icon discovery.
  • If technical issues occur, customers may contact customer service, but coupon availability cannot be guaranteed.

11. Changes, Suspension & Termination

The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if:

  • Technical issues arise,
  • Fraudulent activity is detected, or
  • Operational circumstances require adjustment.
  • Any changes will be published on the Promoter’s website.
  • 12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion.

The Promoter’s decision regarding coupon validity, usage limits, and eligibility is final.

13. Privacy

Customer information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Cost Price Supplements Privacy Policy.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Halloween Icons Hunt constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
