    Great supplement

    Post-******* ****** I needed a proper B12 supplement and these melts have been perfect. Easy to use (just pop under the tongue), no fuss, and I like knowing I'm getting the sublingual form which is what's recommended after ****** *******.     Pleasant tasting

    The B12 tablets go under your tongue and have a pleasant taste at first then it needed swallowing but overall nice and small easy to take
