  • When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
  • Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
  • Vitamins and minerals should not replace a balanced diet.
  • If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Contains sucralose.
  • This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
  • Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
  • Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
  • Store below 25 °C.

    These chewable vitamins have been a game changer for me! Post ******* ****** by nearly 11 years, I have constantly had issues with malnutrition, but I struggled with traditional tablets which are large and sometimes caused a stuck sensation. But with these, I keep them on my bedside table and have one while I'm getting my feet on the floor in the morning. All it needs is a chaser of a little water. Super easy, and a miraculously pleasant flavour. I highly recommend these for anyone who struggles with traditional tablets or who needs a ********* formulation.
