    Portion Bowl

    This bowl and the plate that is like it are very helpful for measuring the amount of food you can have per serve to either help you loose weight naturally but mainly to help after you have had bariatric surgery.

    It has been 3 years since my surgery and I have gotten a little slack in my portioning. Starting put on a little weight. The bowl keeps me in line especially if I have something like curry and rice as I can limit the portion of rice to enable to get the correct protein portioning.
