Ingredients
- 35g frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
- 1 tbsp Pure Allulose Syrup by Saweet
- 500g light cream cheese
- 4 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
- 40g Vegan Hemp Parmesan by Pimp My Salad
- 2 tbsp Seasoned Salts by Mingle (Chilli Umami)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp dried onion
- 300g prosciutto
- 110g goat’s cheese
- 6 cheese sticks
- 1 asparagus spear
- 5 pitted black olives

Method
- Prepare the raspberry protein sauce. Add the raspberries, allulose, and whey protein to a bowl and mix until the powder has fully dissolved, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried onion, Vegan Hemp Parmesan, and protein powder. Mix until well combined, then set aside.
- Create the hand outline for your board. Place a sheet of baking paper on your work surface and trace around your hand to create the outline for your Halloween cheese board.
- Arrange five cheese sticks along the finger outlines, trimming them as needed to fit the shape. Wrap each cheese stick in prosciutto and place it back into position.
- Place the goat cheese in the wrist section of the outline and shape it to fit.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the palm area, spreading and shaping it to cover the palm, wrist, and base of the fingers.
- Cut one asparagus stalk into four thin spears and arrange them over the knuckles to resemble tendons.
- Cover the hand with a thin layer of prosciutto, ensuring the cheese mixture is concealed. Place halved olives at the tips of the fingers to create spooky fingernails.
- Cut away the arm section of the hand shape and separate it from the main cheese board. Garnish two additional cheese sticks with the raspberry protein sauce to create a spooky, blood-like effect.
- Serve and enjoy your Halloween Hand Cheese Ball!
