Ingredients
- 6 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Peanut Brittle)
- 150g crunchy peanut butter
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ¼ cup Pure Allulose Syrup by Saweet Way
- 3 scoops Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein
- 50g Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips by Noshu
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp 100’s & 1000’s

Method
- To a bowl, add whey protein, fibre, peanut butter, and agave. Use your hands to knead the mixture until a dough texture forms.
- Transfer the slice batter to a shallow baking tray, applying pressure to flatten into the base until even and set aside.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt choc chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Remove and combine the choc chips and oil. Stir until glossy and pour into a layer over the base.
- Garnish with a layer of sprinkles and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove from dish and slice into portions.
