These protein balls have all your favourite flavours – chocolate, pistachio, and the festive classic… eggnog! They’re gluten-free, packed with protein, and ready to bring some Christmas cheer to your health and fitness goals.
Ingredients
2 scoops Delicious Treat Slices by Get Ya Yum On (Decadent Chocolate)
2 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Eggnog)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
80ml water
¾ cup almond flour
2 tbsp pistachio butter (one for the mixture, one for the drizzle)
60g Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips by Get Ya Yum On
Method
- In a bowl, combine the Delicious Treat Slices, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and water. Mix well until a thick dough forms.
- Stir in 1 tbsp pistachio butter until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and set aside on a lined tray.
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with the remaining 1 tbsp pistachio butter in 15–20 second bursts, stirring until silky.
- Coat the protein balls in the mixture.
- Chill for 20 minutes to set, then store in the fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy your Chocolate Eggnog Protein Balls!
