These are the Terms and Conditions of the CPS Rewards Loyalty Program by House of Supplements Australia Pty Ltd ABN 17 621 538 341 (‘Cost Price Supplements’) effective as at 14.07.2025
1. Participation and Membership
1.1 CPS Rewards is Cost Price Supplements loyalty program, designed to reward customers based on their eligible Points on the Cost Price Supplements website
1.2 Membership in the CPS Rewards and any associated Rewards are offered at the sole discretion of Cost Price Supplements and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
1.3 To be eligible to join CPS Rewards, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. If you want to understand how your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed, as outlined in our Privacy Policy at https://costpricesupplements.com.au/privacy-policy/.
1.4 To register, you will need to provide a valid email address. You may also choose to provide optional details, such as your date of birth, to receive personalised Rewards like birthday offers.
1.5 Membership begins from the date your registration is successfully submitted.
1.6 Cost Price Supplements is not responsible for emails that are not received due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, or technical issues outside of our control.
1.7 You can register to become a Member online at https://costpricesupplements.com.au/my-account/or through the Sign Up links found on individual products across our website. By registering, you agree to the CPS Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Cost Price Supplements Customer Terms of Service at https://costpricesupplements.com.au/refund-policy-terms-of-service/ If you do not agree with these terms, you should not apply or should cancel your Membership.
1.8 Cost Price Supplements may decline any application for Membership at its sole discretion.
1.9 Employees of Cost Price Supplements and individuals, such as dieticians, wholesalers, medical professionals, or those who receive discounts or complimentary products for promotional purposes are not eligible to join CPS Rewards.
1.10 Some Rewards require certain personal information to be provided (e.g. birthday Rewards). If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to access those specific Rewards.
1.11 It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. If your information is incorrect or incomplete, we may be unable to contact you, deliver Rewards, or allow access to some program features.
2. Points
2.1 Members can earn Points by making Qualifying Purchases of eligible Products on the Cost Price Supplements website. For every $1 spend, Members will earn 1 point.
2.2 In addition to Points earned through Qualifying Purchases, Members may also earn Points by completing actions as outlined by Cost Price Supplements. These actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a CPS Rewards account
- Following Cost Price Supplements on designated social media platforms
- Receiving a birthday bonus
- Progressing to a higher Rewards tier
- Purchasing specific promotional products eligible for Double Points
The number of Points awarded for each action is determined at the sole discretion of Cost Price Supplements and may vary during promotional periods or at any time. All such Points are subject to the same expiry, eligibility, and redemption conditions as Points earned from Qualifying Purchases.
2.3 To ensure a purchase counts towards the Point Balance, the Member must be logged into their CPS Rewards account at the time of purchase. Transactions made via guest checkout may not be automatically linked and may not be counted. Points will appear in Members account once the Qualifying Order has been shipped.
2.4 Cancelled orders, refunded orders or Qualifying Purchases that exceed retail limits, appear to be wholesale in nature, or are intended for resale or commercial purposes will not count toward a Member’s Points Balance. Cost Price Supplements may place limits on the quantity of specific items that can be purchased per customer per day.
2.5 Points are calculated using whole dollars only. Amounts of 49 cents or less are rounded down and amounts of 50 cents or more are rounded up. Shipping costs and fees are excluded from the Points Balance.
2.6 Points are not earned on shipping costs and other fees as determined by Cost Price Supplements.
2.7 Points earned will expire 365 days after being applied the account. For example, if Points were applied to the Members account on 16th July 2025 earned 300 Points, these 300 Points, if not converted to a reward will expire 17th July 2026.
2.8 Eligible Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion will count towards the Point Balance at the final purchase price (after the discount is applied).
2.9 A Member’s Point Balance is calculated in AUD.
3. Status
3.1 A Member’s Point Balance is calculated based on the total number of Points earned within a rolling 12-month period from the Anniversary date.
3.2 Status Levels are determined by the following Point Balance thresholds:
- Level 1 – Kickstart: Point Balance of 499 or less
- Level 2 – Grow: Point Balance between 500 and 999
- Level 3 – Flourish: Point Balance between 1000 and 1999
- Level 4 – Champion: Point Balance of 2000 and more
3.3 Starting Level for Existing Customers If a Member has previously made Qualifying Purchases using the same email address as their CPS Rewards registration, they will automatically receive a one-time joining bonus of 30 Points. These Points will be added to their account and count toward their initial Point Balance and starting Level.
3.4 New Members New Members with no prior Qualifying Purchase history will be allocated to Status Level 1 – Kickstart at the time of joining.
3.5 Status Level Changes Each Member’s Point Balance is reviewed annually on their Anniversary date to determine any level movements.
3.7 Reward Terms Any Rewards issued as part of level movement or otherwise are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of issue. These may include expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, promotions, or other requirements.
3.8 Point Balance Updates Eligible purchases will generally be reflected in the Member’s Point Balance once the order has been shipped. Delays may occur during peak periods or where orders are pending review or refund.
4. Rewards
4.1 CPS Rewards operates by attributing Rewards to Members according their Level Status or as nominated by Cost Price Supplements from time to time.
4.2 Members can view their Rewards at any time in their Member Profile on the Cost Price Supplements website.
4.3 Cost Price Supplements will endeavour to provide Member Emails when the Member is entitled to a Reward or the Member moves up or down to a different Status in CPS Rewards. If a Member unsubscribes from Member Emails, their Rewards balance will be viewable online only.
4.4 At its sole discretion, Cost Price Supplements may award a Member with a Reward due to the Member’s purchasing behaviour, as a general incentive and/or for the purposes of promotional activities.
4.5 Cost Price Supplements reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the distribution of Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion.
4.6 Rewards that are awarded in error or earned fraudulently may be revoked by Cost Price Supplements in its absolute discretion.
4.7 Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes. Rewards do not represent legal tender in any country.
4.9 If a Membership is terminated, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
4.10 When a Member returns a purchase for a refund, the net amount of the Points from transaction will be deducted from the Member’s Point Balance. If a Reward was previously awarded as a result of a purchase returned for a refund, the Reward and/or Point Balance will be adjusted or reversed.
4.11 If an order is cancelled, Cost Price Supplements may adjust or reverse Rewards and/or Point Balance that was previously awarded to a Member in that transaction.
4.12 A Reward must be used prior to the expiry date stated on the Cost Price Supplements website or in Member Emails. The expiry countdown period begins from the date the Reward is issued. The period a Member has to redeem a Reward will be determined by the type of reward as follows:
4.12.1 Birthday Rewards: 30 days;
4.12.2 Free Shipping Rewards earned through Tier Level Achievement: 60 days
4.12.3 All other Rewards: 365 days.
4.13 Rewards:
4.13.1 are not transferable;
4.13.2 are not redeemable for cash, gift voucher or any other form of credit;
4.13.3 may not be resold or applied to any previously placed orders; and
4.13.4 may not be converted back to Points unless under the discretion of Cost Price Supplements.
4.13.5 Rewards will only be issued after Points have been converted, a new Status Level has been achieved, or as determined by Cost Price Supplements from time to time.
4.13.6 If a Member does not make a purchase for a continuous period of 18 months, their Point Balance will reset to zero and will no longer be considered a Member.
5. Redemption of Rewards
5.1 To redeem a Reward, the Member must be logged into their Cost Price Supplements account at the time of making an eligible Qualifying Purchase through the Cost Price Supplements website. They will then need to choose the Reward they are eligible for and redeem. To redeem a Reward, the coupon will need to be applied at the time of purchase at the cart.
5.2 Rewards will be applied proportionally across the total value of the Qualifying Order, unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Rewards can be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotional offers unless excluded by Cost Price Supplements.
5.4 Rewards may be used in conjunction with eligible third-party payment options, such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Zip, at the time of checkout and before the first instalment is processed.
5.5 Each Reward will have an expiry date as notified at the time of issue. Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated or extended. Cost Price Supplements may modify expiry periods for future Rewards, but the expiry period advised at the time of issue will apply to any existing Rewards.
5.6 Cost Price Supplements is not liable for a Member’s inability to redeem a Reward unless it is due to a system error or fault caused by Cost Price Supplements.
5.7 Each Reward is single-use and cannot be redeemed more than once.
5.8 Certain products, brands, or promotional items may be excluded from Reward redemption. Any exclusions will be clearly stated at checkout or on the relevant product or promotional page.
5.9 If a Member returns an eligible Qualifying Product purchased using a Reward for reasons other than the product being faulty or not as described as outlined in the Cost Price Supplements Refund Policy, the Reward used in the transaction will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.
5.10 If an exchange for the same or similar item is processed on the same day as the return, Cost Price Supplements may reinstate the Reward at its discretion. Otherwise, the Reward will be forfeited.
6. Termination and Transfer
6.1 Cost Price Supplements may suspend or terminate your CPS Rewards Membership and cancel any Rewards or benefits issued to you if it reasonably believes that:
- You have breached these Terms and Conditions; or
- Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent conduct has occurred in connection with your CPS Rewards account.
6.2 Cost Price Supplements may terminate the CPS Rewards Loyalty Program at any time by providing all Members with at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
6.3 You may terminate your CPS Rewards Membership at any time by contacting the Cost Price Supplements Customer Service Team. Upon receiving your termination request, your account will be marked as closed in the Cost Price Supplements database and you will no longer be eligible to participate as a Member.
7. Cost Price Supplements Privacy Notice
7.1 When you create a Member profile, Cost Price Supplements collects your personal information to administer the CPS Rewards program. This includes providing Rewards, managing your account, and sending marketing communications by email and SMS. These communications may include offers from Cost Price Supplements, as well as selected partners or affiliates. We may also use your personal information when you place an order and for the other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is managed in accordance with that policy.
7.2 If you do not provide the required personal information, we may be unable to offer you Rewards or may only be able to provide limited access to the benefits of the CPS Rewards program.
7.3 By registering for CPS Rewards, you consent to receiving emails and SMS messages from Cost Price Supplements relating to your membership. These communications may include updates about your Points, Level Status, Rewards, promotions (including those from partners and affiliates), program updates, and other content relating to your membership. If you are an existing Cost Price Supplements customer, you acknowledge that joining CPS Rewards may result in re-subscribing you to email or SMS communications you had previously opted out of.
7.4 You may unsubscribe from CPS Rewards and/or other Cost Price Supplements marketing emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in an email or updating your preferences in in the email ‘unsubscribe’ link. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, gift card and voucher notifications. If you unsubscribe by contacting our Customer Service Team, please allow up to five (5) business days for the request to be processed.
7.5 You may also manage your SMS communication preferences by contacting our Customer Service Team. Standard SMS charges may apply.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
8.2 Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia (Brisbane Registry) and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts on the basis that the forum is inconvenient.
9. Severability
9.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of Queensland, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Where possible, the severed provision will be replaced with a lawful provision that most closely reflects the original intent of Cost Price Supplements.
9.3 The remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the severance of any unlawful provision.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 By joining the CPS Rewards Loyalty Program, each Member agrees that Cost Price Supplements, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Program, except where caused by an error in posting Points Balances to Member accounts.
10.2 The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Loss, delay, or misdirection of any Membership application, correspondence, purchase information, or Reward notifications
- Theft or unauthorised redemption of Points Balances or Rewards caused by circumstances beyond Cost Price Supplements’ reasonable control
- Any acts or omissions of third parties
- Any errors in Program materials, including typographical errors or inaccuracies in the crediting or debiting of Points Balances. Cost Price Supplements reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without notice.
10.3 Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, the CPS Rewards Program, including the website and all Rewards, are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not permit exclusions of implied warranties or limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations in this clause may not apply.
10.4 This Section 10 survives the termination of a Member’s participation in the CPS Rewards Loyalty Program.
10.1 By joining the CPS Rewards Loyalty Program, each Member agrees that Cost Price Supplements, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Program, except where caused by an error in posting Points Balances to Member accounts.
10.2 The Released Parties are not responsible for:

11. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
‘CPS Rewards’ or ‘CPS Rewards Loyalty Program’ means the Rewards program operated by Cost Price Supplements that provides Members with access to Rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
‘Anniversary Date’ means the date the Member earns Points with CPS Rewards.
‘Anniversary Date’ means the date of the Member’s most recent eligible Qualifying Purchase or other eligible activity that earned Points.
‘Dollar’ or ‘$’ means Australian dollars, unless otherwise specified.
‘Joining Date’ means the date the Member registers and joins CPS Rewards.
‘Member’ means a person who holds a Membership in the CPS Rewards (referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’).
‘Member Emails’ means emails sent by Cost Price Supplements to a Member, including communications about Membership, the CPS Rewards Program, offers, discounts, competitions and events.
‘Member Profile’ means the personal information and account details associated with a Member.
‘Membership’ means participation in CPS Rewards, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
‘Membership Form’ means the online form that must be completed to become a Member.
‘New Customer’ means a person who is not an existing Member and has not previously made a purchase with CPS Rewards at the time of sign up.
‘Products’ means any goods offered for sale on the Cost Price Supplements Website.
‘Qualifying Purchase’ means a purchase of Products made via the Website while logged in to a Member’s account, excluding any orders that are cancelled.
‘Rewards’ means the Products, discounts, offers, competitions, activities, events or other benefits made available to Members from time to time.
‘Points’ means points earned through Qualifying Purchases and other eligible activities as determined by Cost Price Supplements, including (but not limited to) account creation, social media engagement, birthday Rewards, daily logins, level upgrades, and promotional product bonuses.
‘Points Balance’ means a Member’s cumulative Points after applying any discounts, refunds, and deductions for Points converted to Rewards on valid purchases during the 12-month period following the Member’s Anniversary.
‘Points Balance’ means a Member’s cumulative Points total, earned through Qualifying Purchases and eligible activities, and calculated after applying any applicable discounts, refunds, or deductions for Points converted into Rewards. Only Points earned during the 12-month period following the Member’s Anniversary Date are included in the Points Balance.
‘Status’ means a Member’s tier or level within the CPS Rewards, determined in accordance with their Points Balance and clause 4.12.
‘Terms and Conditions’ means these Terms and Conditions, as amended by Cost Price Supplements from time to time.
‘Website’ means https://costpricesupplements.com.au/ , or any successor sites.
