Directions for use:
For each scoop (1) use between 300 – 600ml of water and shake well. Water level may be adjusted to suit your taste preference. To achieve 15g of protein, a total of two (2) scoops is needed. Enjoy multiple times a day.

Absolutely love these waters. Grape and pina colada are my favourites. Great options and very palatable. Great with ice on a hot day.
Fantastic. I have enjoyed all the flavours with watermelon and lemon lime being my top two. No after taste. Very easy to drink.
My husband tried them all and loved them! They are flavourful and kept him nice and hydrated at work (and bonus protein kept him full!). He has picked his top 3 flavours and we’ll rotate the order between them.
