🕛 Same-Day Dispatch: With our efficient packing team, all orders processed before 12 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business days are dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched the following business day.
🚛 Delivery Courier: Cost Price Supplements uses Australia Post as the primary delivery courier to ship your order as quickly as possible.
🌏 International Orders: International orders are handed over to the primary delivery courier upon reaching the destination country, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery. Keep an eye out for your tracking number.
📅 Delivery Estimate: For estimated delivery times, please calculate postage using AusPost with the postcode 4170 (Morningside) as the starting postcode.

🚚 Standard Shipping: Flat-rate Standard Shipping of $9.86 applies to all orders containing full-size products, no matter how big or heavy your purchase.
🚀 Express Shipping: For orders up to 2 kg, a flat-rate Express Shipping of $19.85 can be selected on your shopping cart or at checkout. If this option is unavailable, your order weight may have exceeded the maximum allowed. Please get in touch with us to calculate additional charges.
🆓 Free Shipping: Free shipping is granted for all orders with a checkout value over $150.
🎁 Sample Packs: All Sample Pack orders containing Feel Good Protein samples receive free shipping within Australia, allowing customers to try before they buy. Please note that if a full-size product is included, standard shipping of $9.86 is applied automatically.
International Orders
🌐 International Delivery Fees Apply: While most orders pass through customs smoothly, we advise you to verify customs regulations before ordering. Cost Price Supplements is not responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes incurred at customs. If an item fails to clear customs and is returned to us, customers are entitled to a refund for the products minus shipping fees and return costs.

Packing
📦 Unavailable/Out-of-Stock Items: On the rare occasion that goods are unavailable, run out of stock, or are short-dated, we will contact you. Delivery may take longer.
🛡️ Damage Prevention: We always endeavour to pack your items to minimise damage during transport. If you have a problem with damaged or missing orders or faulty items, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement.

📧 Processing Email: Upon placing an order, you will receive an initial confirmation email.
🚚 Completed Email: When your package is dispatched from our facility and received by Australia Post, you will receive an email confirming your parcel has been successfully shipped and a tracking number to check the delivery progress.
❌ No Emails Received: If you haven’t received an email about your order, please check your junk or spam folder. Instead, a typo in your email address may have prevented you from receiving confirmation. If you can’t find any information, please reach out to us for assistance.
🚀 Delivery Address: We strongly recommend using a physical street address rather than a PO Box address for the fastest delivery. Due to Australia Posts’ freight limitations, PO Box deliveries often must be dispatched via road freight and may take slightly longer to arrive.
🔒 Parcel Safety: We cannot be held responsible for items left unattended by Australia Post through ‘Safe Drop’ or with ’Authority to leave’ or similar. Once an item states ‘Delivered’, you must enquire directly with Australia Post as we have limited information. If you have issues with parcels that have been stolen on your property even when left in a location deemed to be ‘safe’ by a courier, we recommend getting the parcel delivered to an alternate or work address where you know someone will be home, or leaving a customer note with your order not to leave the parcel unattended and deliver to the nearest post office. 💔 Damaged Products: We are not to be held responsible for items damaged or lost by Australia Post in transit due to neglect or damage by their postal handling.
🏘 Wrong Address: We cannot be responsible if an item is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer entry, as it is unfortunately out of our hands. Please contact us so we can help provide a satisfactory solution.
