I’m sleeping better than I have in a long time!
Taste not bad, i would have loved it more if it waa mix able inhot water or milk
I use this after later afternoon gyms sessions and going to bed. helps a great deal
Only tried one so far but managed to sleep through the night which has been rare. Can’t wait to try more
