This Strawberry Coconut Protein Chia Pudding is a delicious blend of tropical flavours and complete nutrition. Ingredients
1 sachet (60g) Meal Replacement Shake by Feel Good Protein (Strawberry)
2 tbsp chia seeds
125 ml unsweetened almond milk or light coconut milk
60g chopped strawberries
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Optional: A dash of lime juice for zing
Method
- In a jar or bowl, mix the chia seeds, Meal Replacement Shake, and milk until smooth.
- Stir through the chopped strawberries and a squeeze of lime juice if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is even better).
