When you’re craving something sweet but still want to hit your protein goals, these Triple Chocolate Protein Balls are a dream! They offer a rich, luxurious chocolate taste while boosting your protein intake. Enjoy them as an afternoon snack or a satisfying post-dinner treat.
Ingredients
3 Weetbix (gluten free if required)
1 sachet (60g) Meal Replacement Shake by Feel Good Protein (Chocolate Biscuit)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp Noshu dark chocolate chips
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
160ml boiling water
¼ cup coconut
Method
- Add the weetbix to a bowl. Add half of the boiling water to soften.
- Add in cocoa powder, choc chips and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
- Add the Meal Replacement Shake and stir through.
- Mix everything until it’s sticky but rollable. Add a little more water if needed.
- Roll into bite-sized balls, then coat in desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate to set for at least an hour. Enjoy your Triple Chocolate Protein Balls!
