If you’ve ever craved a warm cinnamon donut but dreaded the sugar crash, this Cinnamon Donut Dream Mousse is about to change the game. It’s smooth, protein-packed, gluten-free, and delivers that nostalgic donut flavour we all love. Think dessert indulgence with the benefits of a meal replacement shake.
Ingredients
200g smooth cottage cheese (blend if needed)
1 serve Meal Replacement Shake by Feel Good Protein (Cinnamon Donut)
1 scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp granulated sweetener
1 tsp vanilla essence
2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
2 tsp gelatine powder
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar-free cinnamon “donut dusting mix” (1 tbsp sweetener + ½ tsp cinnamon, mixed)
Method
- In a bowl, mix the gelatine with 2 tbsp cold water and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
- Microwave the bloomed gelatine for 10–15 seconds, or until fully dissolved.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Meal Replacement Shake, Tasteless Protein, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla essence, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour in the dissolved gelatine and blend again briefly to combine.
- Spoon into a ramekin, jar, or dessert glass. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Dust the top with your sugar-free cinnamon “donut dusting mix” before serving. Enjoy your Cinnamon Donut Dream Mousse.
