Our Iced Gingerbread Latte with Vanilla Cold Foam has a creamy gingerbread spice, a bold espresso kick, and a sweet cloud of vanilla foam on top. All wrapped up in a high-protein, low-carb, and bariatric-friendly recipe.
Ingredients
2 cups of ice cubes
Homemade ginger syrup
500ml of your choice of milk
2 scoops of Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Gingerbread Cookie)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 double-shot espresso
1 tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (or vanilla essence)
Whipped cream (optional)
Method
- Mix 450ml milk, whey protein and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
- Pour the ginger syrup into the bottom of a drinking glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the milk mixture over the ice.
- Pour in the espresso.
- Make the vanilla foam by frothing the vanilla syrup and 50ml of milk. Or shake vigorously in a jar. Pour over the foam on top of the filled glass.
- Optional: add whipped cream on top.
- Dust with extra cinnamon. Enjoy your Iced Gingerbread Latte with Vanilla Cold Foam!
