Ingredients
For the slice:
4 crushed weetbix
3 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Gingerbread Cookie)
3 scoops Get Ya Yum On English Muffin Mix
40g white chocolate chips by Noshu
2 tbsp glace ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp nutmeg
150ml hot water (add more if needed to bind)
For the drizzle:
30g white chocolate chips by Noshu
1 tsp coconut oil
Method
- Line or grease a small tin with baking paper.
- Crush the weetbix into fine crumbs and place into a large bowl.
- Stir in protein powder, Get Ya Yum On English Muffin Mix, nutmeg, choc chips, and glace ginger.
- Add hot water a little at a time, mixing until it comes together like a thick, sticky dough.
- Press firmly and evenly into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 25 minutes in a 180-degree oven.
- Let it cool and slice into 12 pieces.
- For the drizzle, melt choc chips with coconut oil in the microwave (short bursts, stirring in between).
- Drizzle over the chilled slice.
