Think strawberry mojito but make it protein. This Strawberry Mojito Protein Mocktail is fresh, fruity, and just fancy enough to feel like a treat, except this one’s secretly helping you hit your goals while your taste buds live their best life.
Ingredients
½ lime, chopped
7 fresh strawberries (5 hulled for the drink, 1 for strawberry hearts, 1 for garnish)
10 fresh mint leaves
1 decorative sprig of mint (for garnish)
Juice of ½ lime
1 tbsp brown sugar substitute
1 scoop Protein Water by Feel Good Protein (Strawberry Kiwi)
200ml cold water
½ tsp edible glitter
½ cup Ice cubes
Method
- In a shaker, add Protein Water in Strawberry Kiwi flavour, then add the edible glitter, followed by 200ml of cold water. Shake well until fully dissolved and combined, then set aside.
- Add the chopped lime and 5 hulled strawberries to a tall glass and muddle together until everything is juicy and slightly crushed.
- Add the mint leaves, lime juice and granulated allulose, then gently muddle again until fragrant.
- Top the muddled mixture generously with ice.
- Pour the prepared protein mixture over the muddled strawberry and lime mixture.
- Give it a gentle stir to bring everything together.
- Garnish with strawberry hearts pressed against the inside of the glass, a fresh sprig of mint and a whole strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy your Strawberry Mojito Protein Mocktail!
