Our Tasteless Fibre™ is made from premium soluble corn fibre. Fibre is essential for gut health and supporting regular bowel movements. It can also play a role in your wellness goals by helping you feel full and satisfied throughout the day. The Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) recommend a daily intake of 30g of fibre, so now you can hit that target with very little effort.

Directions for use:

Add one (1) serving of Tasteless Protein ™ or Tasteless Fibre ™ to 300ml of water or any other beverage or food. Stir or shake for 15 to 30 seconds until all powder is fully dissolved. All prepared product should be covered, refrigerated, and consumed within 24 hours.

Note for cold and hot liquids: If any issue arises with mixing, please stir and wait 2 minutes for powder to keep dissolving naturally and restir. Repeat process until mixed. Mixability time varies with density and temperature of liquid.
