Our Cherry Yoghurt Protein Parfait is an easy recipe for a healthy, no-bake treat that is full of nutrition. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, post dinner or just for snacking, this protein-rich parfait can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Feel free to change up the ingredients and amounts to suit your own taste.
Ingredients
450 ml Yoghurt of your choice – We used Chobani Light Greek Yoghurt
20 drops Black Cherry Vital Zing Water Drops
3 Scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 Scoop Tasteless Probiotics by Feel Good Protein
1 Scoop Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein
3 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Three 45 gram servings of Caraman’s Low Carb Granola
Muscle Nation Baking Chocolate Melted
Optional: strawberries and kiwiberries to garnish
Method
1. To start with, measure out a serve of granola (Caramans Low Carb Granola is 45 grams per serve)
2. Place half (22 g) of the granola in the base of your glass.
3. And then, wash and cut your strawberries thinly and place them around the inside of the glass.
4. Cut up your Kiwi berries and set them aside.
5. Then in a bowl or a jug, measure out the Yoghurt, Vital Zing Drops, Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein, Tasteless Probiotics and Tasteless Fibre. Mix them together with the Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
6. Once the yoghurt mixture is well-combined, pour it on top of the granola and strawberries that are already inside of the glass.
7. Next, pour the remaining of the granola on top.
8. Add melted Baking Chocolate on top of the granola layer.
8. Then add more Strawberries around the side of the glass.
9. Sprinkle of kiwiberries or whatever other toppings your heart desires! Then your Cherry Yoghurt Protein Parfait is ready to serve!
Macros
This recipe makes 3 servings but can be customised to suit your own requirements. If you prefer smaller servings, halve the yoghurt and the amount of Vital Zing Water drops that are added.
