Ingredients
1 sachet Rich Lemon Coconut Slice
2 tbsp Skinny Barista Almond Zero Calorie Syrup
380 ml Lite Milk
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 sachet Aeroplane Lite Custard Mix
1 punnet fresh strawberries (chopped)
1 package Feel Good Protein Jelly – Wild Raspberry
460 ml boiling water
Method
1. Create the Base: Start by mixing one small sachet of Get Ya Yum On – Rich Lemon Coconut Slice with 2 tbsp of Skinny Barista Almond Zero Calorie Syrup.
2. Press the mixture into the base of 4 martini glasses. This will form a tangy and creamy base for your dessert.
3. Make the Custard: In a large bowl, pour 360 ml of Lite Milk and add the 3 scoops of Tasteless Protein. Mix well.
4. Follow the instructions on the Aeroplane Lite Custard Mix sachet, stirring as directed. Once the custard is smooth and ready, carefully pour it into the martini glasses over the base. Let the custard settle before proceeding.
5. Add the Strawberries: Evenly distribute chopped fresh strawberries over each glass.
6. Make the Jelly: Prepare the Feel Good Protein Jelly as per the package instructions, using 460 ml of boiling water. Pour the jelly mixture evenly over the custard and strawberries in each glass, creating a vibrant layer on top.
7. Chill & Set: Place the glasses in the fridge for a few hours to allow the jelly to set. Once firm, the dessert is ready to serve. Enjoy!
