Ingredients
1 scoop Get Ya Yum On Rich Chocolate Coconut Slice
1 scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 ½ tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 Raspberry Feel Good Protein Jelly Sachet
1 cup boiling water
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
Optional: Whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish
Method
1. Chill two martini or decorative glasses.
2. In a small bowl, combine Get Ya Yum On Rich Chocolate Coconut Slice, Tasteless Protein, and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture between the glasses and flatten with a spoon.
4. In a jug, mix the Raspberry Feel Good Jelly with boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Let cool slightly.
5. Blend 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese with the cooled jelly mixture until smooth.
6. Pour the blended mixture over the base in the glasses. Refrigerate for a few hours to set.
Garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry, or enjoy plain.
