Absolutely! 🤩 You can redeem and apply multiple rewards in a single order.

As your level is based on the number of points available, if points have been redeemed for a reward, your level will be based on the number of points available. This means you could move down a level depending on your available points balance after points are converted.  

Points are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be shared or moved between accounts⏪

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn! You can accumulate points indefinitely as you make eligible purchases. 

Points are added to your account once your order has been  shipped by our team 🚚. This usually happens quickly, but please allow up to 14 days. 

Changed your mind? If you decide not to continue with your order and request a refund, any points earned from that order will be removed🔄

If you used a reward on a refunded order, the reward will be automatically reinstated and available again in the ‘Coupons‘ tab within the Points and Rewards section of your account.

The points earned for each order are based on the value of the products in your cart and do not include the cost of shipping 🛍️

Yes, points expire 365 days after they are earned per order transaction or per actions taken 💚 But don’t worry! We’ll send you a reminder before they expire, so you have plenty of time to use them.
