Try our delicious Cheeseburger Cups, made with taco boats for perfect portion control and a fun twist on your favourite flavours! These tasty, protein-packed cups are designed for convenience, whether on the go or relaxing at home. They are an excellent choice for lunches, snacks or an evening meal.
Ingredients
1 red onion, diced
500g Bolognese mince
1 tbsp Mingle Moroccan Seasoning
2 tbsp Pimp My Salad Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
12 Stand and stuff mini taco boats
½ cup Grated Cheese
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Line a large baking tray with grease-proof paper and place the taco boats on top.
3. In a large bowl, combine the bolognese mince, Tasteless Protein, Moroccan Seasoning, Nutritional Yeast, mixed herbs, and onion.
4. Mix everything together until it is all perfectly combined.
5. Place mince mixture into the taco boats.
6. Place a layer of cheese on top of the mince.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mince is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
8. Optional: Add your favourite toppings to the taco boats. We used tomato, pickles, salad greens and burger sauce. Enjoy your Cheeseburger Cups!
