Ingredients

2 cups soy puffs
1 packet Noshu Choc Chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
35g Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Choc Chip Cookie)
Optional: Melted Noshu White Chocolate Chips (for drizzling)

Method

  1. Line a 15cm x 20cm container with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add the soy puffs and Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Choc Chip Cookie.) Give it a quick mix.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Noshu Choc Chips with the coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the soy puffs and protein powder. Mix well, making sure everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into your prepared container and spread it out evenly. Press it down firmly so it holds together.
  6. Pop it in the fridge and let it set for at least 4 hours until firm.
