Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yoghurt
1/3 cup Truvia Caster Sugar for Baking
2 cups Almond Flour
1 Egg
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
100 grams milk chocolate Noshu choc chips
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 180C.
2. Line baking trays with non-stick baking paper. We use three trays for this recipe.
3. Into a bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yoghurt, 1/3 cup Truvia Caster Sugar, 1 cup of Almond Flour, and 1 egg. Mix well.
4. Add 3 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein and stir everything well.
5. Add in another cup of almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 100g choc chips, mixing in between every addition.
6. Spray the cookie scoop with cooking spray and scoop cookies onto your prepared trays. Be sure to space the cookies out properly.
7. Bake your cookies for 15-18 minutes and allow them to cool on the trays before moving them.
8. Enjoy these delicious Choc Chip Yoghurt Cookies once cooled. For storage, keep in an airtight container inside the fridge.
