It’s loaded with protein and very versatile —you can switch out the puréed fruit and passionfruit pulp toppings with your choice of berries for a lower-carb option.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
20 grams Arkadia 99% Sugar-free Chai Spice Tea
Optional Toppings
½ cup Greek yoghurt
120 grams Pine Mango puree
¼ cup passionfruit pulp
Method
1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein, Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, and Arkadia Chai Spice Tea. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
3. Stir the chia pudding mixture before serving to ensure a smooth consistency.
4. Serve the coconut chia pudding in individual bowls and top with your favourite toppings such as yoghurt, pureed fruit, fresh berries, shredded coconut or nuts.
