Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
½ cup hot water + ¼ cup boiling water
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp powdered gelatine
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 tbsp Truvia (or to taste)
Method
1. Blend raspberries, water, and lemon juice until smooth. Strain if you prefer a seedless mix.
2. Add protein powder, and sweetener and mix until fully dissolved.
3. In a separate bowl dissolve the gelatine with ¼ cup of boiling water.
4. Pour into silicone moulds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
5. Pop them out and enjoy your high-protein, guilt-free Valentine’s gummies!
