Ingredients
½ cup milk of choice
2 eggs
2 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1-2 tablespoons of Truvia for baking – icing sugar
8 La Fournee Doree Brioche Sliders
Optional
Fresh Raspberries
Sugar-free Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar (optional)
Dollar Sweets Sugar-free 100’s & 1000’s
Method
To cook these, we used an electric frypan that we lined with grease-proof paper and sprayed with cooking spray.
1. Create the egg mixture: In a small bowl combine your choice of milk, eggs, Tasteless Protein, and the Truvia for Baking – Icing Sugar. Mix well.
2. Cut 8 brioche sliders in half.
3. Dip the brioche sliders into the egg mixture and place them into the pan. (Note: We keep our pan on low heat as this gives the best result)
4. Once the brioche is golden and cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat and stack them on your serving board, or put them straight onto a plate and enjoy them with your favourite toppings.
Optional
5. We love to drizzle the Mini Brioche Protein French Toast with cinnamon sugar and sugar-free maple syrup.
6. Sometimes we enjoy adding sugar-free sprinkles too!
